Age Verification 

All customers must be over 18 years of age to order from the shop regardless the item/items being ordered!

We use an age checking company (agechecked.co.uk) and this is done when your order is confirmed, An email will be sent to say no data has been collected or will be stored on their system.

Shipping Terms,

All non-legal Uk carry items will be sent royal mail Age verified postage 24 or 48 hour!

Returns

If for some reason you are unhappy or change your mind on a new or used item, Please feel free to return you item/items with in 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund!

Custom orders unfortunately cannot be returned unless faulty for warranty work.

All returned items must be in unused condition including any unopened accessories and packaging.

all items will be refunded with in 24 hours of receiving your returns to your PayPal or bank account used to make the payment!

Please note we are a cashless business and payment are only accepted by PayPal or Bank transfer only

Warranty

All items including custom builds have a 30-day warranty.

Please note tools are not warranted against misuse or damage caused my misuse or accidental damage.

all coating (acid etching, copper plating etc..) are not covered by this warranty and are for decorative pleasure only.

Cancelations 

If you wish to cancel any orders, Custom work or service/repairs before work has begun or special parts ordered please email within 24 hours of the confirmation email.

any deposits will be returned as long as no work or special parts have been ordered with in 24 hours.
