It takes about 7 days to complete the work from the day you send your items in to having them safely back at your door!

Larger orders may take longer so we advice customers to call or email first if the order is large or requires a quicker turn over.

100% off all orders are send back tracked and insured up to £250 and higher valued items will be insured for more if needed 

It's free tracked and insured postage when we return your tools back to you!

Please send all tools tracked and insured and we will send them back the same way for free!

When packing your Knives and Tools please wrap and tape all blades and sharp edges securely!

Any illegal knives and tool you send in will be destroyed and sent to a legal disposal bin and a letter will be sent to you explaining why!
